Order Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once the order is dispatched.

Shipping

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, and with all original tags attached. Products that do not meet these standards may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size or color variations, depending on stock availability. Once your exchange request is submitted, our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and approved. Processing times vary by payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
